Biography
Ms. Susan Goldman serves as Partner at American Discovery Capital. She brings over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Most recently she held the title of Senior Vice President at Kann Capital. She began her career in the high-yield departments at Bank of America and BT Alex Brown. Her experience as an investment banker spans many industries including aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, food, consumer, industrial, and healthcare. She has been involved with and led numerous complex leveraged financings and M&A transactions for both financial buyers and corporate clients. She is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63), an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), and a General Securities Principal (Series 24). She received an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis (John M. Olin School of Business).
