Biography

Mr. Douglas Schneider serves as Advisor at Ollion. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at 2nd Watch. For over 20 year he has been leading, building, and scaling fast-paced companies that offer technology-based services to diverse business markets. He serves as Board Member at Mobivity Holdings. At 2nd Watch, he guides strategic direction and ensures that resources are aligned to both capture market growth and deliver exceptional services. He served as the Advisor at Cashie Commerce. Most recently, Doug was EVP and GM at Melbourne IT, a publicly held Australian web services company, where he helped transform a $75 million international hosting business. Before Melbourne IT, Doug was CEO of Transaction Wireless and played a fundamental role in shepherding the company's overall strategy, cloud platform, and market development, greatly enhancing its growth and service levels with major national retailers. He's also been CEO at AllCall (sold to Nextel), Colorado Internet Services (acquired by Verio), and Genea (an innovative SaaS company recognized by Forbes as one of America's "Most Promising Companies"). Doug also served as a president at Verio, where he led the initial entry into enterprise-level managed hosting that helped grow the company's web services business to $160 million in revenue with over 800 employees. While at Verio, Doug helped take the company public, with an eventual sale to NTT Communications for over $5 billion. Doug has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
