Biography

Mr. Andrew Perlman is also a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Recurrent Ventures. He serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member of Drive Media. at The Drive. Mr. Perlman also served as Managing Partner at North Equity. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer & Director at FORM Holdings. He served as Chief Executive Officer of XpressSpa. He served as a Former Head of Digital at Classic Media. He also served as Vice President of BD EMI Music and Classic Media. He is responsible for all acquisitions and divestitures to date and is consistently evaluating acquisition opportunities alongside Recurrent's business development initiatives. Prior to taking this newly created role at Recurrent, he was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of North Equity. In just over three years he oversaw the Company's acquisition of nearly 25 iconic brands and introduced Recurrent as the parent company to its growing digital media portfolio. Previously, he spent over six years as the Chief Executive Officer of XpresSpa, FORM Holdings, and its predecessor company Vringo where he led the overall business operations and strategy as well as capital raising. During his tenure, he also oversaw five acquisitions and the NASDAQ listing of the company. He has also served as Vice President of Business Development at EMI Music, SVP of Music and Digital at Classic Media, and held roles at early mobile content companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from George Washington University's School of Business where he continues to be involved with the Entrepreneurship Program. He currently serves on the board of the Bahamas National Trust and is passionate about their work to protect over 2.2 million acres of terrestrial and marine habitats, mitigate climate change through natural solutions, combat the effects of plastics in our environment, and promote public environmental education initiatives. He is an active member of YPO where he co-founded and serves on the board of the Explorer 305 Chapter. He resides in Miami, FL with his wife and two children.
