Biography

Mr. Tom Egan is an Angel Investor. He served as Principal at Optum Ventures. He serves as a Board Member at GridCure. He served as Principal at LaunchCapital. He was an Advisor at Techstars. He is an active board member/observer with REsurety, Karmic Labs, and Gridcure, among others. A former operator and high school teacher, he brings a combination of operating experience, empathy for the entrepreneur, and a commitment to clear communication and knowledge sharing to all of his interactions with founders. He holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and a Degree in Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
