Biography

Ms. Evelina Olago serves as Managing Director at Generation Investment Management. Previously, Evelina spent three years as investor relations senior manager at Helios Investment Partners in London. Her role covered fundraising, client engagement as well as development of the firm's impact and climate strategies. Prior to that , she spent four years as part of the firm's value creation team working with management teams in Africa and the UK in sectors including energy, real estate, telecommunications and financial services to drive growth, develop robust ESG systems and prepare the businesses for exit. Evelina also worked at McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant and started her career at Ernst & Young in the energy and resources group in London. Evelina received a BSc in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Warwick. Evelina speaks Russian, French and Swahili.
