Biography

Mr. Matsuda Kiyoto serves as Managing Partner at Topaz Regional Partners. He worked in the sales and planning departments at the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank). After serving as an executive officer at Mizuho Corporation Bank and vice president at Mizuho Securities, he joined Unison Capital as a partner in 2008. He has worked to increase the value of many investments. In 2012, he founded Topaz Capital, Japan's first private debt fund, and became its chairman.
