Since joining Engrade in 2010, Posner has fast-tracked the company's growth, expanding its product development, staff, and vendor partners while securing $8 million in investment capital. The company now connects 45,000 administrators, 550,000 teachers, and 5 million students and parents. Before his position at Engrade, Posner founded New Wave Advisors, a company specializing in online media strategy, and worked with clients devoted to extraordinary causes, including explore.org. served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director at McGraw-Hill Education.. In addition to his work at Engrade, Posner enthusiastically maintains an active role in education as a lecturer at the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Southern California.
