Biography
Mr. Philippe Robert is a Co-Founder & serves as Partner at OceanBridge Partners. He is also a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman & President at Be Sport. He serves as the Board Member of Canal+ and Chairman and President of Be Sport. Prior to founding OceanBridge, he was a Partner and Head of the Paris office at Permira. There, he was involved in investment origination and deal execution, specifically on IPOs and take-over bid negotiation and structuring. He was a member of the Industry and Country Committee, reviewing deal tactics and resources allocations. Before joining Permira, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Prior to DLJ, he worked at BZW/CSFB in Paris and London. He has been to Rouen Business School and holds an AMP degree from Harvard Business School.
