Scott McCarthy General Information
Biography
Mr. Scott McCarthy serves as Principal, Mergers & Acquisitions at Platinum Equity. He joined Platinum Equity in 2001, is responsible for financial due diligence and supports the structuring and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions. As a member of the operating committee for certain portfolio companies, he also has responsibilities related to post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of financial performance. Prior to joining Platinum, he spent seven years with Ernst & Young's Transaction Support and Audit groups. Mr. McCarthy received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
