Biography
Dr. Ricardo Levy is a Co-Founder and serves as Board Member at Aquarius Energy. Dr. Levy serves as Board Member at NovoDynamics. Prior to Catalytica, Dr. Levy was a founding member of the Exxon Research and Engineering Company's chemical physics research team. From 1967 to 1970 he was chief executive officer of Sudamericana, Inc., in Quito, Ecuador. Dr. Levy has authored over 14 papers and patents in the field of catalysis, and is co-author of a book entitled, Catalysis in Coal Conversion and a recently published book Letters to a Young Entrepreneur. He obtained a Ph.D. in chemical engineering in 1972 from Stanford University, a M.S. in 1967 from Princeton University, and a B.S. in 1966 from Stanford University. In 1989, he completed the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard School of Business Administration. Dr. Levy also currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Accelrys, Inc. (formerly Pharmacopeia,Inc.) and StemCells, Inc.
