Mark Wells General Information

Biography

Mark Wells served as the non-executive director and board member of Workplace Systems. Mark is an experienced senior software executive having rapidly grown several major software companies in his earlier career. He then became a successful software entrepreneur, building and successfully exiting two software businesses. Mark now focuses on non-executive roles. He is the non-executive chairman of ExecView Limited and the non-executive director of Kofax and INVU. He served as Board Member at Qubit. Previously Mark was non-executive deputy chairman of CODA before its sale to Unit 4 Agresso in 2008 for £160m. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University.
