James Meneely III General Information

Biography

Mr. James Meneely serves as Board Member at EXERO Well Integrity. He serves as Managing Partner at White Deer Energy. He also serves Riverside Energy Group, Lufkin Industries, Brytemove Energy, and UniCat. He served as Board Member at Deep Well Services and Covenant Testing Technologies. Prior to joining White Deer, he was also a Vice President-Corporate Development for Halliburton Company from 2005 to 2008. At Halliburton, he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation and strategic planning functions. For part of 2009, he served as interim President and CEO of Gray Wireline Services Inc., a Fort Worth-based oil service firm. From 2004 to 2005, he served as head of Corporate Development for KBR, a Halliburton subsidiary. He joined Halliburton in 2003 as Division Vice President-Finance, during which time he served as a Director of Well Dynamics, a high-technology oil service company. From 1997 to 2003, he was an Associate and a Vice President in investment banking with Simmons & Company International. Prior to business school, he worked as an energy consultant at Arthur D. Little, Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Schlesinger & Associates. He serves as Board Member at On Point Oilfield Holdings. He holds an MBA in finance from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, a BA in Engineering Sciences and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College.
