Biography
Mr. Gilead Halevy is a Founding Partner at Kedma Capital. He brings to Kedma his experience in complex cross-border transactions, deal-making, and negotiations. Gilead's instinct for business development together with his vast knowledge of growth-oriented strategies help our companies reach their full potential. He serves as Chairman of Brand Industries Ltd., Carmel Wineries, and Continuity Software Ltd., and is a board member of S.AL. Prior to this, he co-led Kedma's investments in Marina and FIS. Prior to founding Kedma, he was a Director at Giza Venture Capital, where he led investments in communications and information technology companies and directed Giza's European business activities. Prior to Giza, he was a corporate and securities lawyer working in leading practices in Israel and abroad. He holds an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) and a B.A. in Humanities (Interdisciplinary Program for Exceptional Students), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
