Biography

Mr. Badge Stone is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at WSC & Company. He serves as an Executive at Victory Six Capital. He serves as an Advisor & Investor at Octagon Equity. He served as an Investor at Dekos Capital. He also serves as a Limited Partner at Fiduciam Capital. He also served as a Limited Partner at Blue Range Capital. He also serves as an Investor & Advisor at KeelBoat Capital. He also founded and served as President at Stone Pump & Trench. Before Stone Pump & Trench, he co-founded HeelHorn Partners. While at VF Imagewear, he focused on operations, mergers and acquisitions, and internal growth projects. Before VF, he worked for McColl Partners and First Union Securities' M&A Group (formerly Bowles Hollowell Conner) as a middle-market investment banker focused primarily on sell-side assignments, private capital raises, and leveraged buyouts. He holds a Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also serves as Chairman at Perimeter Security Systems.
