Biography
Mr. Scott Rosen serves as a Partner at Transformation Capital. Scott joined the team in January 2020 and has over nine years of corporate M&A and investing experience. Most recently, Scott led Strategy and Corporate Development at eviCore, a private equity-backed provider of medical benefits management solutions, which was sold to Express Scripts for $3.6 billion. Evicore successfully executed a roll-up strategy with six acquisitions during the sponsor's investment period. Previously, he was an Associate with Court Square Capital, where he invested in business services and technology platforms. He started his career as an Analyst at Evercore, where he executed several M&A / capital raising transactions. Scott graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce and a double major in Economics. When he's not exploring healthcare innovation, Scott enjoys cooking, rooting for his alma mater and volunteering in the local community.
