Biography

Mr. Darren Schuringa founded & served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Yorkville Capital Management. He co-founded & served as Chief Executive Officer at ASYMmetric ETFs. He is focused on investing in U.S. energy infrastructure through the MLP structure and has developed several innovative and first-to-market MLP investment solutions. Mr. Schuringa is the lead portfolio manager on Yorkville's top-performing MLP Core Income Strategy, one of the oldest MLP-focused strategies in existence. Mr. Schuringa received a BA in Finance from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Finance from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. 245213-74P
