Biography
Mr. Yan Zhao serves as Senior Managing Director of China Private Equity at CITIC Capital. He served as Board Member at MedAlliance. He is responsible for China's Private Equity investment. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he worked in the Shanghai office of EQT Partners Asia as an Associate, where he focused on China buy-out investments. Before that, he was an Associate, at Global Capital Markets of China International Capital Corporation (CICC), focused on equity and debt offerings. Mr. Zhao obtained his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
