Biography

Mr. Harry Chang is a Co-Founder and serves as President & Chief Financial Officer at Orion3 Group. Mr. Chang served as Managing Director at New Frontier Capital. He served as Managing Director at New Frontier Capital. Earlier, served as Executive Director at CITIC Capital. He is responsible for investments in China, Kazakhstan and Central Asia region. Mr. Chang has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, of which he has spent 12 years as a principal investor involved in transactions worth USD1.6 billion. Prior to joining CITIC Capital, Mr. Chang worked as a senior professional at European Resolution Capital Partners. Before that, he was a founding member in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Group at Lehman Brothers International (Europe). His other previous employers include Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein's Principal Finance Group, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his 15-year career, Mr. Chang has worked globally, including the U.S. and Europe and has significant experience working within emerging markets. Mr. Chang received a BA from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
