Biography

Ms. Mandy Sebel serves as a Partner of People & Talent at Radian Capital. She also served as Chief People Officer at UiPath. She previously served as Chief People Officer at CAN Capital. She joined CAN Capital in 2012, bringing extensive experience in employee engagement, talent acquisition and onboarding, change management, and organizational development. Her previous work includes integral roles at start-up companies and key positions at mature, but transforming, organizations such as D&B. While at D&B, she served as HR Partner and Chief of Staff for the Small Business Group and led the integration of Hoover's and other acquisitions. She is also a veteran of digital commerce and has worked with some of the fastest-growing marketing and technology players in the industry, helping one organization grow to over 3,000 employees. She spent time, previous to joining CAN Capital, consulting with private equity firm Providence Equity Partners and the advertising firm Arnold Worldwide to improve their approach to attracting and onboarding key talent. She holds a BA in English from the State University of New York (SUNY).
