Mr. André Borutta is a Co-Founder, Owner and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Content One. ndré Borutta's focus is the introduction and further development of digital business models. The high level of knowledge and many years of experience in the management and reporting of projects at the highest company and group level make him an interim manager who knows exactly what is important to implement projects on time and on budget. André Borutta has in-depth knowledge of the implementation of complex e-commerce systems with the connection of supply chains worldwide. This includes the design of the shop front ends, the selection and implementation of the appropriate technical solutions depending on the requirements, the integration into various ERP systems and the adaptation or introduction of logistics processes. The focus is on reviewing existing processes and developing and introducing new ones, including changing entire organizational units to introduce competitive new business models.
