Biography

Ms. Oehler was the Director, Finance and Accounting at Veran Medical Technologies. She most recently worked for Everest Biomedical Instruments where she was responsible for the financial activities for the US and foreign operations. She was also a member of the acquisition team that led to the sale of EBI to Stryker. In her new role at Veran, she brings over 16 years of corporate finance experience to the team to help in the quick growth of Veran's operational structure, leveraging experience from past roles where she managed general accounting functions for groups with over $200M in revenue. Ms. Oehler received her B.S. in Accounting from Maryville University and is a member of the Institute of Management Accounts.
