Biography
Mr. Garry Carter served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cima Systems. Prior to joining CIMA, Carter was president and CEO of SURx, a venture-funded medical device company which he lead from the initial concept through clinical testing, regulatory approval and initial commercialization. Previously he held general management positions at Furon Company and the Surgitek subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Carter holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Marquette University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and the holder of 28 U.S. Patents.
