Biography

Mr. Ari Yakobson serves as Counsel at Wildeboer Dellelce. Mr. Yakobson is a Co-Founder, Co-Owner and serves as Chairman at Blo Blow Dry Bar. He also serves as Managing Director and Principal at Wavecom Capital and as a Lawyer at Wildeboer Dellelce. He practices in the areas of corporate finance, M&A, and debt products. Mr. Yakobson has acted as an adviser to many small and mid-market companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He is also an active advisor and principal investor in numerous real estate income properties throughout Ontario. He was previously Blo's CEO, President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board for Melonhead Corporation, a company he co-founded in 2001 and grew to become Canada's largest chain of children's hair salons.
