Biography

Mr. Derek Irwin serves as Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Madison River Capital. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Trader. He oversees all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, credit and collections, corporate program management, investor communications and relations, and legal and trademark activity. He has over 25 years of financial and operating management experience across a variety of notable companies. Prior to joining TRADER, Mr. Irwin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Intralinks Holding, a leading global provider of inter-enterprise content management and collaboration solutions. Mr. Irwin previously served as CFO for leading global organizations including HiT Entertainment, Nielsen Company, Ziff Davis Holdings and Monster Worldwide Inc. Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Lehigh University.
