Biography

Mr. Peter Lee is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner at EverStream Energy Capital Management. He is a Co-founder and served as a Board Member at Infinity Global. He has over 23 years of private equity, project finance, and investment banking experience. During his career, he has helped to facilitate over $9 billion of financing for infrastructure projects, energy and technology companies, and private equity funds. Before forming EverStream in 2012, he was a managing director and investment committee member of Black River Asset Management ("Black River"), a wholly owned company. Still, he independently managed the $5 billion asset management company of Cargill, Inc. He was recruited by Black River to establish and help build Black River's private equity investment practice and helped to grow assets under management to approximately $1 billion, in three investment fund vehicles. He worked for nearly 10 years in Silicon Valley with investment banking firms Unterberg Towbin, and Robertson Stephens, specializing in equity investment, investment banking, and corporate finance advisory, emphasizing energy and technology innovation sectors. He also spent nearly four years in emerging market energy and project finance with Chase Manhattan Bank in Hong Kong and New York. He graduated from Union College.
