Biography

Mr. Robert Henry served as a Principal at Joshua Partners. He served as Board Member at Precision Engineered Technologies. He is a seasoned corporate executive with over 18 years of experience on Wall Street and abroad in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, and corporate law. Prior to joining Joshua Partners, Robert founded and was the managing partner at River House Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New York that targets lower middle-market companies in the U.S. Prior to founding River House in 2009, Robert was a Senior Vice President and Sector Head for Information Services in the TMT Group at Goldman Sachs where he led new business development and execution of advisory and financing assignments in media, telecom, and technology for corporate and financial sponsor clients in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to Goldman, Robert was a private equity professional at the iFormation Group, a JV formed by Goldman's Principal Investment Area, General Atlantic Partners, and BCG to make middle-market private equity investments. Robert was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in payments and telecommunications. He also has experience working on private equity transactions with DLJ Merchant Banking as a generalist. In addition to his experience in finance, Robert has advised clients in the U.S. and abroad as a management consultant with BCG and the L/E/K Partnership. He is a graduate of Harvard's JD-MBA program and Harvard College where he was a Henry Russell Shaw Fellow in France and England. Robert is a member of the State Bars of NY and MA. Robert serves on the boards of Action Resources and Precision Engineered Technologies.
