Biography

Mr. Eric Wagner serves as Managing Director at DC Advisory US. Mr. Wagner is a senior member of the firm's Cybersecurity group and also focuses on Risk and Compliance software. Mr. Eric Wagner served as Managing Director at Signal Hill Capital Group. He has more than 18 years of investment banking experience where he has advised a broad range of technology sector clients on strategic alternatives, private placements and M&A execution. In addition, over the course of his career, he has successfully represented clients on cross-border and public company defense assignments. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Wagner was Managing Director at Montgomery & Company where he provided strategic advice to growth companies in the technology sector. Prior to Montgomery, he was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the Global Technology Group focused on M&A advisory. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Wagner spent eight years at Lehman Brothers, where he held several senior level positions including Senior Vice President in the Technology M&A practice. Mr. Wagner holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
