Biography

Mr. Christopher Anderson serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at ARC Financial. He is responsible for nadinancial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance for the ARC Energy Funds and corporate entities. Chris also assists on deal structuring and analysis and assists investors and portfolio companies on a range of financial reporting and fund-related issues. His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, completion of the CICA In Depth Tax Course, and is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder. He joined ARC in 2011, after nine years with an international investment fund manager in various financial and operational roles, and with an international public accounting firm in tax and audit.
