Steven Krausz General Information

Biography

Mr. Steve Krausz serves as a General Partner at U.S. Venture Partners. He currently served as a Board Member at AirEye, Badge, Cato Networks, Human Interest, Informed, Quantifind, Quokka, and Zefr. He also served as a Board Member at Electric Cloud, Kaiam, Prevoty, Quixey and Smartling. He plays a leadership role at both USVP and in the venture capital community. He served for four years on the National Venture Capital Association board of directors, was treasurer, and was on the executive committee. Before joining USVP, he had eight years of operating experience with NASA Ames, BTI Computers, Direct, and Daisy Systems, where he built the strong network and experience base that he brings to his portfolio companies. He served on the boards of directors of EPIC Design Technologies, Elantec, Microlinear, Checkpoint Software, Verity, Harmonic Lightwaves, and Photon Dynamics; all USVP investments that became successful public companies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
