Biography

Mr. Anthony Brennan serves as Partner in the Advisory team at BTG Advisory. He is also an Angel Investor. He served as Partner at Praesidian Capital. He focuses on transaction origination and execution, as well as portfolio management at the firm. He has extensive experience in originating and executing senior and subordinated debt transactions across multiple industrial sectors in Northern Europe. He is a former Managing Director and EMEA Head of Leveraged Loans for Bank of America and has run and built acquisition finance businesses for Commerzbank, where he was Head of Capital Structuring Group (London) and at ABN AMRO Bank NV as European Co-Head for Acquisition Finance. More recently he led the Debt Advisory practice at KBC Peel Hunt advising UK SME clients. Mr. Brennan holds an MA in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
