Biography

Mr. Andrew Lapping serves as Managing Director at The Hamilton Portfolio. Mr. Lapping serves as an Executive at Hindley Circuits. Mr. Lapping was a Founding Partner of HKI Partnership. He Co-founded and served as Managing Director at Hamilton Portfolio. He also served as Non-Executive Director at Imprimatur Capital. He served as Chairman at DPE-Automotive. Utilizing his many years' experience in corporate finance and taxation, he has been responsible for initiating and structuring many of the commercial property and private equity transactions which Hamilton Portfolio has invested in over the past 10 years, including the Maxim Business Park, which is the UK's largest single-phase development of a business park. Prior to establishing Hamilton Portfolio, he spent 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate finance and tax. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is a non-executive director of several private companies. He is a board member of two AIM listed and is a non-executive director of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2. He serves as the Non-Executive Director at NetPlay TV. He is also an Executive at Hindley Circuits.
