Biography

Mr. Michael Richards served as President of Global Automotive Business at Trilogy Software. He is responsible for developing and leading the strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and for promoting growth in revenue and profitability. Mike helped the company launch the industry's most effective lead management program with SmartLeads, led the effort that enabled OEMs to accurately forecast new vehicle option mix and create massive value with SmartMix, and assisted in the expansion of the BIC vehicle configuration management system with SmartConfig. Prior to this assignment, Mike served as Trilogy's Vice President Sales and Marketing.
