Biography

Mr. Wong served as the President, APAC Division of 3CLogic. Steven Wong is based in Singapore and travels extensively in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and North America. As President of 3CLogic's APAC Division, he is responsible for corporate communications, legal, audits, overseeing processes and quality, managing the corporate office, regional partner management, and top management development with relevancy to the forefront of cloud-based business innovations. Steven is also responsible for implementing a new sales methods which has led to a dynamic increase in revenue and sustainable growth in the Asian Pacific. Steven Wong holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business, from the University of South Australia. He began his career in the late 1980s with Canon Singapore as a Field Support Engineer. From there, he joined NEC Singapore as Regional Sales Manager where he experienced first-hand partner/customer interactions in the commercial world of business. He was hand-picked to join Northern Telecom in 1992, where he held several leadership positions serving the Asian market with a varied product and solutions portfolio. He later led a successful sales career working for Lucent Technologies, Concerto Software (Aspect Software), Intervoice/Convergys, and NICE Systems. Steven was with APAC BUSINESS CONNECTS until 2011, where he progressed in the organization from Technical Support, to Sales, to President and CEO of Software Sales and Operations. Steven Wong is passionate about the explosion of the cloud-based contact center solution in the Asia Pacific region. He is excited and motivated to craft business successes for 3CLogic with his strong leadership.
