Biography

Mr. Richard Lee is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Lee Financial. Richie established Lee Financial in 1975 and is the Chairman, CEO, and Founder. Early in his career, Richie recognized two things: (1) the value Financial Planning provided in helping make the right decisions for the right reasons; and (2) the conflicted nature of the product-driven industry structure. As a result, he established Lee Financial as a fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm in Texas. Richie is passionate about helping his clients reach their personal and financial goals, and he recognized the need for a multidisciplinary approach to solving his clients' problems. This broader context involved integrating financial and business planning as a well as a goal-based structure focused on an array of specific client objectives. Richie received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Richie earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
