Biography

Mr. Seung-Ho Choe served as Of Counsel at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell. He has several years of experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance/banking and general corporate matters. He also has vast experience in project finance (PPP, aircraft, ship, etc.), asset-backed securitization, and power and energy transactions. Prior to joining Locke Lord, he was a partner in a prestigious law firm in Korea where he represented major international corporations in a series of high profile mergers. Before that, as Division Director (CIO) at Macquarie Bank Limited in Korea, he managed all investment/divestment initiatives of Macquarie Korea Opportunities Fund, a $1.1 billion infrastructure-focused private equity fund. Mr. Choe is recognized by the Legal Media Group - Euromoney as one of the leading project finance attorneys in Korea (Guide to the World's Leading Project Finance Lawyers).
