Biography

Mr. Peter Aranow served as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Respiratory Motion. He served as Executive Committee & Private Investor at Boynton Angels. He is also an angel investor. Peter has forty years of experience in finance and has been a Board Member of the Company since 2011. For 17 years he was in the Investment Banking Department of Bear, Stearns & Co. where he was responsible for Bear, Stearns' IPO. For the next 13 years he served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of pubic and privately-owned companies. He has been a member of Boynton Angels since 2006 and serves on the Boynton Executive Committee. He is also a board member of the National Patient Safety Foundation. He graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.
