Bernard Doorenbos General Information

Biography

Mr. Bernard Doorenbos served as the Chief Executive Officer at Axxicon Mould Technology. He serves as an Interim President and CEO of SuperSonic Imagine. He has been appointed CEO of SuperSonic Imagine in December 2015. He started his career as a naval officer fulfilling various functions in the Royal Netherlands Navy. Hereafter he worked until 1990 at Philips Medical Systems in Paris as a Product Manager and later as Head of Sales and Services for Latin America. From 1990 to 1997, he worked for Thomson CSF (Thales), from 1990 to 1992 in Paris and from 1992 to 1997 as Managing Director of Signaal USFA (specialized among others in infrared cameras and Stirling cooling systems). From 2001 to 2003 he has been the CEO of Neways Electronics International and between 2003 and 2005 CEO of Vilenzo International N.V. (both listed companies). He served as an Interim President of Supervisory Board at SuperSonic Imagine SA from May 29, 2015 to October 1, 2015 and has been its Member of Supervisory Board since May 29, 2015. He has been the Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of Nedstat Ltd. (now comScore) between 2001 and 2011. He has been a Member of the Board of Supervisory Directors of Nedcon Groep N.V. between 2003 and 2010. Between 2013 and 2015, he has been a member of the advisory board of Type22 (recently sold to Sita). Between 2006 and 2013, he provided leadership as CEO for various industrial companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. He obtained his Master of Science in Electronics from the Technical University of Delft and Master's Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam (UVA).
