Biography

Mr. Ashish Wadhwani serves as Co-Founder & Managing Partner at IvyCap Ventures. He serves as Board Member at Snitch, SecurePass and Clover. He serves as Managing Partner at IvyCap Ventures. He served as Board Member at Clovia, Eggoz, Miko,Elucidata, OnlineSales.ai, Get My Parking, and Purplle. He served as Board Member at Singularity Automation. He is an experienced strategy consultant and an investment professional with over 16 years of experience across Asia with leading consulting firms and the Tata group. In his consulting career, he has advised over 40 MNCs and Asian companies on Business Strategy, Performance Improvement, and M&A. He has worked across Energy, Commodity, and Technology sectors. As an investment professional he has helped several small and mid-sized companies across Asia in executing strategies and raising capital. He has also incubated, and completed US listing and funding raising processes for an acquisition vehicle. He has held several leadership roles including developing the utility practice; the leadership team of Monitor in India, head of the project office for Roland Berger in India; leading the strategy practice in S.E Asia. He has extensive CXO-level business development experience across India and S. E Asia. He is also an independent advisor to several leading companies in the APAC region. He is also a regular speaker and author on thought leadership topics. He is an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, and of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He also serves on the Board of Vinculum Solutions and Biryani By Kilo.
