Biography
Mr. Benjamin Dahan serves as Partner & General Counsel at Syntagma Capital. He is responsible for legal and compliance matters, transaction execution and deal origination. He is a member of the Investment Committee and the Portfolio Committee of the firm.Prior to joining Syntagma, Benjamin was the Founding Partner at PACT AVOCATS. Prior to PACT AVOCATS, he was also a Partner at FriehBouhenic, Senior Associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges and Associate at Allen & Overy in London and Paris. Benjamin has 20 years of experience as a M&A, private equity, financing and restructuring lawyer. He has advised private equity funds, financial institutions, corporates and debt funds in more than 200 transactions across the European mid-market. Benjamin holds a Law Degree from Paris Sorbonne University. He is fluent in French and English.
