Biography

Mr. Ken Edwards served as Channel Consultant at Zyme Solutions. Prior to Zyme, he spent fifteen years transforming channel operations for High Technology clients as a practice leader, consultant and system integrator at PwC, Capgemini and Deloitte Consulting. During that time, Ken organized and presented at multiple SI and partner vertical industry events as a thought leader in the technology sector, focusing on topics such as channel strategy and customer experience management. He worked with major software, hardware and component companies to implement PRM and CRM platforms including Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle and Siebel, and provided channel strategy consulting services to large organizations. Ken was also VP and SVP of professional services at three software companies where he integrated software, data content and professional services to provide comprehensive solutions to his customers. He is a frequent speaker at High Technology industry events for Salesforce.com, SAP and Oracle. Ken has a BS and MS in Accounting Information Systems from University of West Florida.
