Biography

Mr. Jeffrey Davis served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at TaskEasy. He served as Audit Manager at Pinnock, Robbins, Posey & Richins P.C. He has built the corporate finance and administration functions from the ground up. He brings extensive knowledge in GAAP and accounting compliance to his team. Prior to joining TaskEasy, Jeff was an audit manager in public accounting for several years with an emphasis in SaaS companies, tech companies and startups. As an auditor, Jeff provided his clients with valuable insights into modeling future performance and implementing the process needed to grow effectively. Jeff brings to TaskEasy management skills and leadership qualities obtained from his early career in public accounting, and understands internal control environment and specific requirements to mitigate certain business risks. Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and his master's degree from Weber State University.
