Biography

Dr. Mark Seraly co-founded DermatologistOnCall. He is a pioneer in direct-to-patient teledermatology. His passion for developing high-quality, consumerized medical services that enable instant access to affordable care led him to cofound Iagnosis and DermatologistOnCall in 2011. Prior to working with our team, he worked as the Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Director of Clinical Services at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Dermatology. Currently, Dr. Seraly works as the CMO of Iagnosis, as well as managing his private dermatology practice in McMurray, PA. He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards including membership in many academic honor societies. Dr. Seraly has authored 30 medical publications and has been invited as a guest lecturer 187 times in 23 U.S. states and 11 cities in 7 foreign countries. Outside of the medical field, Dr. Seraly uses his passion for creative design, color and composition as a professional bronze sculptor. He serves as the vice chair of the Teledermatology special interest group of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology's (AAD) Telemedicine Task Force.
