Biography

Ms. Kirk Arnold serves as a Board Member and Member of the Human Resources and Compensation, Sustainability, Corporate Governance & Nominating & Technology and Innovation Committee at Trane Technologies. Ms. Arnold served as a Board Member at Cylance and Housecall Pro. She also serves as a Board Member at Thomson Reuters. She has served as Chief Executive Officer at Data Intensity. She was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. She brings vast experience in technology and services leadership to her role, having served in executive positions throughout the technology industry. Prior to joining Data Intensity, she was COO at Avid, a technology provider to the media industry. Before Avid, she was CEO and President of Keane, Inc., then a publicly traded billion-dollar global services provider. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Computer Sciences Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and IBM. She was also the founder and Co-CEO of Nervewire, a technology and consulting service provider. She is extremely active in the technology and business community; she currently serves as co-chair of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and sits on the boards of the Commonwealth Institute, the digital marketing service provider Cramer Marketing, and EnerNOC, a leading provider of energy intelligence software. She served as Executive in Residence at General Catalyst. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
