Biography

Mr. Peter Rozenauers serves as an Operating Partner at Orion Resource Partners. He is responsible for the origination, analysis, structuring, and execution of portfolio investments and oversees asset management activities across the Mine Finance portfolios. He has served on the Board of Lynx Resources, MacPhersons Resources, Blackham Resources, and Heron Resources. Before Orion, Mr. Rozenauers worked on the sales side across three Investment Banks. He holds a BEng (Honors 1) degree in Mining from the University of NSW and a Masters in Applied Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
