Biography

Ms. Maria Krajukhina serves as Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Operations at RTP Global. She oversees all investment and operational teams across the US, Europe and Asia. Since helping launch the fund in the early 2000s, she has set up all of RTP Global's offices in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Dubai, Bangalore and New York. She also hired the team that invests in and supports the firm's growing portfolio. She started her career in investment banking. It was during this time, while assisting with the sale of her first company to PwC, that she first crossed paths with Leonid, RTP Global's founder. She later raised capital from Warbug Pincus for the largest system integrator company in Czech Republic, and this eventually led to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer in one of Warburg Pincus' portfolio companies. Here, she was reunited with Leonid. She, then, joined the fund that would become RTP Global at the beginning of 2000.
