Biography

Ms. Katherine Lui is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner and Board Member at CanCan Group. Ms. Katherine Lui was a Co-Founding Partner of Centerstone Partners. She is also the Founder and serves a Managing Partner at CanAsia Consulting. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Govela. Prior to establishing Centerstone Partners, Ms Lui established the Shanghai office of BKR Lew & Barr Ltd, a financial advisory company under the international CPA firms BKR Group of companies. As the Managing Partner of the China office, she worked closely with Mr Prescott and Kidd & Company on a number of transactions in China and also led acquisition projects for Asian companies. Ms Lui gained most of her China business knowledge via her 12 years auditing and IPO projects experience with KPMG (in Toronto, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices) on listings of major state-owned enterprises. Mr Lui began her professional career as a member of the international tax team of Arthur Andersen in Hong Kong. Ms. Lui holds an MBA from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto. He serves as Chief Financial Officer at DayDayCook.
