He is a qualified accountant and started his career at Ernst & Young in their entrepreneurial services division where he worked with a wide range of early to mid-stage growth businesses and joined MessageLabs in 2003 where he led transactions for both MessageLabs and Star covering financing and M&A in both the UK and US markets. Additionally, he managed all aspects of tax, equity incentives, and financing for the company. He holds an honors degree in Business Management from the University of Leeds. He serves as a Board Member at ProFinda. He served as a Board Member at SmartUp.io, Snap Vision, and Snap Tech. He is a co-founder and serves as a Non- Executive Director at Balance Strategic Capital.
