Biography
Mr. Michael Murphy serves as Senior Analyst, Acquisitions at Beacon Capital Partners. Mr. Murphy is based in Boston and involved in acquisitions and dispositions in several markets. Prior to joining Beacon, Mr. Murphy worked at CBRE - New England as an Associate in the Valuations and Advisory group, where he underwrote and prepared appraisal reports for office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties. Mr. Murphy also completed a summer internship with Foxrock Properties, working on strategic initiatives in their value-add portfolio. Mr. Murphy is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, with a minor in Real Estate.
