Biography

Mr. Adam Ainley serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Shout! Factory. He joined the Company in 2003 and contributes over fifteen years of entertainment industry and finance experience and expertise as Vice President of Finance at Shout! Factory. Adam previously served as Vice President, Group Financial Projects, and Chief Financial Officer, Energy Film Library, at Getty Images, Inc. (NYSE: GYI), the world's leading licensor of visual content with over $500M in annual revenues. While at Getty, Adam's responsibilities ranged from participating in management and negotiation of a $100M budget, to the development of financial reporting solutions integrating over one hundred diverse multi-currency entities, as well as serving as acting CEO of Energy Film during management transition. Adam's prior experience also includes senior financial management and planning positions at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, and Virgin Records Limited in London. Adam's finance experience includes six years as a Chartered Accountant with a division of BDO International, one of the world's largest public accounting firms, where Adam was responsible for executing corporate audits and management consulting. A graduate of the University of Manchester, England, Adam is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), and currently lives with his family in Westlake Village, California.
