Luke Fletcher General Information
Biography
Mr. Luke Fletcher serves as a Partner & Co-Lead, Purpose & Impact strategy at Bates Wells. He also served as a Board Member at Social Stock Exchange. He advises on a range of social finance-related transactions, including public share and debt issuance by civil society organizations, investment structuring, fund establishment, intermediary activity, and financial services issues. Luke is the author of the NESTA report "Investing in Civil Society: A Framework for a Bespoke Regime". He is an advocate for legal and regulatory reform to make social investment simpler and more mainstream and was recently seconded to the Cabinet Office to advise on social investment policy. He completed his LLB degree in Law from the University of Nottingham in 2003.
